Anti-inflammatory Salad

Chopped raw onions, red bell pepper, avocado-place in bowl

Add extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, spices (ginger, turmeric, garlic and sea salt)

3)Add mixed greens and stir all together

1)Sauté chicken, fish or lean meat and mix into salad


Breakfast Shake

1)

Frozen blueberries, cherries, strawberries and bananas

2)

Water

3)Whey and soy protein

4)Glutamine

5)Soaked pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts

6)3 Tablespoons of fresh ground flax

Oooss Juice

1)Using a high quality, heat retaining, stainless steel 2-3 gallon pot, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil

2)Add ˝ pound of sliced ginger and lightly boil for 5 minutes

3)Turn off burner and add 2-6 organic green tea bags.

4)Steep for 30-60 minutes, then remove from teabags from pot

5)After 4-12 hours, strain out ginger and place juice in glass jar

6)Cool in fridge, drink cold or re-heat
