1) Multi-vitamin/mineral with the option of adding on a B-Complex
2) Magnesium 500 mg
3) EPA/DHA (ALA, GLA) 1000 mg (note: these are your Omega 3's, also known as FISH OIL)
Additional supplements to consider:
- Antioxidant or Bioflavonoid
- Protedolytic Enzyme (2-3/day prophlylactic)
- Males over 30 should consider Saw Palmetto
- Garlic (if you are not a big spice eater)
- Calcium should be a 1:1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium (CA/Mg)
